Who we are

Pet Hotel Services is operated by Destiny Digital Consulting LLC. Contact: hello@pethotelservices.com.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries: your name, email, phone, dates and pet details, which we pass to the pet hotel you contact so they can reply.
• Listings and claims: business and contact details for the pet hotel, so we can publish and verify the listing.
• Newsletter: your email and name, only if you subscribe or tick the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Where it is stored

The site runs on Cloudflare. Contact records are stored in our customer database (FluentCRM on our own WordPress server). We do not sell personal information.

Business listings

Some listings are compiled from public sources such as the hotel's own website and OpenStreetMap. Any hotel can ask us to correct or remove its listing at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us.
